Delete your Co Voyage account

Delete your account in the app

• Open the Co Voyage app and sign in.
• Go to Profile and tap Settings.
• Tap "Delete my account" and confirm.

The account is deleted immediately. This cannot be undone.

Can't open the app?

Email gil.breuer@gmail.com from the address you signed up with and ask us to delete your account. We will confirm the request and delete the account within 30 days.

What is deleted

• Your account, sign-in credentials, and profile.
• Your profile photo and uploaded verification documents.
• Your trips, schedules, group memberships, and conversation memberships.
• Messages you sent.
• Your usage analytics events.

What may be kept

Records that belong to another user or that we must keep by law — such as a completed booking in a provider's records or a misconduct report — may be kept, without your profile, for as long as that purpose requires.
